Session Cancellation Policy
Session Cancellation Policies vary based on how soon scheduled session is happening. Please view the policy that applies in your current situation.
If your session is scheduled for more than 2 weeks out, you may reschedule your date once without forfeiting your deposit.
Repeated requests to reschedule are inconsiderate of My time, and will result in your current deposit being forfeited.
If you cancel your appointment between 1-2 weeks from the scheduled date, you may request to reschedule within My currently posted timeframe for that location (usually within a few days of the cancelled date).
Rescheduling is subject to My availability, and will only be possible if My time has not been fully booked.
You may not request to reschedule for a future time that I will be at the requested location – this is to account for My time as well as gear I may have already traveled with/preparations I may have already completed for your session.
If you cannot reschedule within those dates accordingly, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you cancel your appointment within 1 week of your scheduled date, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you wish to reschedule, you will need to immediately send a new deposit to secure another booking, subject to My availability at your requested location.
I have an extensive travel schedule, and may not be back to an area for a month or longer, so it is important that you inform Me as soon as possible when you are unable to make your requested date.
Same-day cancellations made before the 2-hour confirmation window, such as in the case of an emergency, are treated the same as a same-week cancellation as long as you have reached out to Me respectfully and in a timely manner.
No-shows, aka cancellations without notice, and cancellations within the 2-hour window (after your confirmation text was supposed to have been received) are extremely inconsiderate and may result in banning and/or blacklisting. These are to be avoided at all cost.
If you get cold feet at the last second and MUST cancel your appointment after you have already confirmed and received the address, you must send the rest of your donation as a cancellation fee as a gesture of good will, to show that you respect My time and how/what I had prepared for you.
If this cancellation fee is not received within 24 hours (the grace period for legitimate medical emergencies) then you will be subject to blacklisting.
